Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company ("Goodyear") and its insurance carrier, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, (collectively "Defendants") appeal from an opinion and award of the North Carolina Industrial Commission (the "Commission") determining that Robert L. Snyder ("Plaintiff") was entitled to workers' compensation benefits. On appeal, Defendants argue that because the Commission's determination that Plaintiff made reasonable efforts to find employment was not supported by the record, the Commission erred in awarding Plaintiff disability compensation.
