AINSWORTH, Circuit Judge:
Bobbie F. Bridges filed this action under the Social Security Act to review the final decision of the Secretary 1 which denied him a period of disability and monthly disability insurance benefits. The district judge upheld the secretary’s decision denying relief to claimant on the basis that the court was bound by the determination of the Secretary if there was substantial evidence in the record to support his findings and the court was unable to say there was not sufficient evidence to support the determination.
