This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of defendant-respondents, William Wessell and Elmer Reichert, doing business as Reichert Bus Service, in an action for death by wrongful act brought by plaintiff father, James F. Vogt, as trustee, for damages resulting from the death of James Martin Vogt, his 7-year-old son. The child was struck and fatally injured by an automobile driven by defendant Bruce Allen Johnson.
