Defendant, Robert M. Kenny, appeals the judgment of conviction entered following a jury verdict finding him guilty of second degree burglary and first degree sexual assault. He also appeals the trial court's order denying his Crim.P. 85(c) motion which alleged he had received ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm the judgment of conviction, vacate the order, and remand the cause for a hearing on the Crim.P. 85(c) issues.
