Woulfe v. Associated Realties Corp.

This is one of three causes now pending, instituted to enforce covenants contained in agreements granting to the City of Atlantic City, as trustee for the public, an easement right for the construction and maintenance of its modern boardwalk. The instruments were dated July 30th, 1896, and were signed by more than 100 owners of land fronting on the Atlantic Ocean.
