The- right of the complainants to maintain this suit being challenged, that question will be examined before proceeding to the consideration of the cause upon its merits. Two grounds of objection are named in the answer, and for which the benefit of a demurrer is prayed, namely—first, that while the complainants may have an interest in the subject-matter of the suit, yet their hill should have been filed on behalf of themselves and all other persons residing in the neighborhood of the church who would come in and contribute to the expenses of the suit, and second, that they…
