BEATY, District Judge.
On May 10, 2007, the United States Magistrate Judge’s Recommendation was fried and notice was served on the parties pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b). On May 24, 2007, an Amended Recommendation [Document # 191] was filed to correct a minor clerical error. Plaintiff subsequently filed timely Objections to portions of the Amended Recommendation. The Court has now reviewed de novo the Objections and the portions of the Amended Recommendation to which objection was made, and finds that the Objections do not change the substance of the United States Magistrate Judge’s…
