OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Leslie Ford, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas designating him a sexual predator. For the following reasons, we affirm that judgment.

{¶ 2} In 1990, appellant was charged with four counts of rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02, two counts of felonious sexual penetration in violation of R.C. 2907.12, one count of kidnapping in violation of R.C.2905.01, and one count of robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.02.
