The plaintiff and appellant had been, for some time prior to the transactions in question, under the care and treatment of the appellee Walsh, a physician, for pains in her neck, side of the face, shoulder, and arm. He took an X-ray picture, which disclosed that appellant had an imbedded and impacted wisdom tooth, and told her that it should be extracted.
