ALDYKIEWICZ, Judge:

On 28 February 2012, a military judge sitting as a special court-martial convicted appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamines, distribution of methamphetamines, wrongful use of meth-amphetamines, and wrongful use of marijuana, in violation of Articles 81 and 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 881, 912a (2006) [hereinafter UCMJ].
