MILLER, Justice:

This is an appeal from a final order of the Circuit Court of Pendleton County, entered June 26, 1986, which sentenced the defendant below, Joseph Hanson, to imprisonment in the penitentiary following his conviction of the crimes of first degree arson, arson with intent to defraud, burglary, grand larceny, breaking and entering, perjury, petit larceny, and conspiracy.
