Maribel Cedefio Nieves (“Plaintiff’) invokes this Court’s diversity jurisdiction to bring a negligence suit against Aerostar Airport Holdings LLC and Aerostar’s insurance company, AIG Insurance Company-Puerto Rico, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”). (Docket No, 27.) Plaintiff alleges that she fell while stepping onto an electric escalator in the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (“the Airport”).
