HERNANDEZ, District Judge:

Now before me is Plaintiffs’ Motion for Preliminary Injunction (“Motion”) (doc. #2)1 filed by Peter Savage (“Savage”), Cliff Puckett (“Puckett”), Gabe Triplett (“Triplett”), and V. Michael Wallace (“Wallace”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”).
