MEMORANDUM OPINION AND AMENDED ORDER DISMISSING CASE WITH PREJUDICE AND IMPOSING ADDITIONAL MONETARY SANCTIONS

On August 11, 2006, the court entered an Order Dismissing Case with Prejudice and Imposing Sanctions (the “August 11, 2006 Dismissal Order”).
