MEMORANDUM DECISION DISMISSING CHAPTER 7 CASE WITHOUT PREJUDICE

By motion dated April 9, 2007, the United States Trustee (the “UST”) seeks dismissal of this Chapter 7 bankruptcy case and a bar to the debtor, Rafael Ventura (the “Debtor”), filing another Chapter 7 case for one year based on, among other things, the Debtor’s failure to cooperate with the firm conducting a random audit of his case (the “UST Motion to Dismiss”).
