MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SANDERS, Acting Chief Judge.
Before the Court are the Trustee’s Motion for Partial Withdrawal of Reference filed July 8, 1986, his Brief in Support filed the same date, and his Supplemental Brief filed December 2, 1986. The Trustee seeks a partial withdrawal of the reference of the underlying bankruptcy case to the bankruptcy court for the purpose of obtaining a determination by this Court of the Trustee’s Motion to hold the Debtor in Contempt, filed July 8,1986.
