This is an action to enjoin the collection of taxes for the year 1920, and to compel the acceptance of a less amount than that assessed in satisfaction of the tax for 1920, and upon the same valuation for the year 1921, ensuing.

The assessor placed an assessed valuation on the lands involved in the action in the sum of $31,605, presumably fifty per cent of the fair value in money of the lands. According to the assessor, the full value of the lands would be $63,210. The tax levied for the year 1920 was 81.23 mills, and the amount of taxes accruing from the assessment claimed by the county…
