OPINION

BRAMMER, Judge.

¶ 1 Appellants Hughes Custom Building, L.L.C., John Hughes, and Analia Pineres (collectively, “Hughes”) appeal from the trial. court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees James Davey and James Davey and Associates, Inc. (collectively, “JDA”). Hughes argues the trial court erred in apply*529ing the economic loss doctrine to bar its tort claims against JDA and in concluding it lacked standing to assert certain damages. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand the case to the trial court.
