In this case, we granted a petition for review from a decision by the Arkansas Court of Appeals that reversed a jury’s verdict in favor of Appellee Entergy Arkansas, Inc. Campbell v. Entergy Arkansas, Inc., 89 Ark. App. 91, 200 S.W.3d 473 (2004). The matter arises out of a lawsuit filed by Appellant Wendell Campbell against Entergy Arkansas, Inc. (Entergy) seeking damages for injuries he sustained from an electric shock that occurred when he came into contact with an Entergy guy wire.
