Defendant moves by an order to show cause to vacate and set aside a final judgment and decree of separation entered herein on June 6, 1936.
In support of his application defendant places principal reliance upon the recent decision of the Supreme Court of the United States in the case of Williams v. North Carolina (317 U. S. 287).
