REED, District Judge.

Henry Allendorf was adjudged a bankrupt,. by this court, upon his own petition, June 17, 1903. On November 16th following he filed a petition for discharge, and certain of his creditors in due time thereafter filed specifications of objections in opposition thereto, upon the grounds, in substance, that the bankrupt had, (1) while a bankrupt, knowingly and fraudulently concealed from his trustee property belonging to his estate in bankruptcy; (2) with intent to conceal his financial condition, destroyed or failed to keep books of account or records from which such…
