The plaintiff, a lace manufacturer, contracted to sell a quantity of lace goods to the defendants, who were dealers in laces. The obligations of the parties were expressed in nine separate and distinct orders, which, during the months from October, 1919, to April, 1920, were given to the plaintiff by the defendants and accepted by the plaintiff.
