Evolutionary Intelligence, LLC (“El”) appeals from the decision of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, concluding that all claims of U.S. Patents 7,010,536 (“the ’536 patent”) and 7,702,682 (“the ’682 patent”) (collectively, “the asserted patents”) are invalid under 35 U.S.C. § 101.
