OPINION

POGUE, Judge.

Plaintiff Aluminerie Becancour, Inc. (“Aluminerie” or “Plaintiff’) seeks to invoke the Court’s jurisdiction to challenge the denial of its administrative protest. Plaintiffs protest sought to challenge the imposition of certain Merchandise Processing Fees (“MPF”) on Plaintiffs imports.
