Plaintiff corporation, Sanfran Company, as the purchaser of real property, filed this action against the vendor, defendant corporation Rees Blow Pipe Manufacturing Company, and the vendor’s real estate brokers, Norris, Beggs and Simpson, and their employee, C. N. Gustafson.
