The plaintiffs, John J. Jurgensen and Nellie C. Jurgensen, husband and wife, are the owners of Lot 15 in Block 5, Hanscom Place, an addition to the city of Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska. They brought this action in equity in the district court for Douglas County against James S. Ainscow and Betty S. Ainscow, husband and wife, the owners of Lots 13 and 14 in Block 5 of the same addition, defendants, to enjoin the defendants from interfering with the plaintiffs’ use of plaintiffs’ claimed prescriptive easements over defendants’ property.
