George W. Latimer, Judge:

On January 24, 1952, the accused pleaded guilty to two specifications alleging the larcenies of certain subsistence items of a value less than $20.00, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 715. One of the thefts occurred on December 14, 1951, while the second occurred two days thereafter. Accused likewise pleaded guilty to two specifications of misappropriation of the same items.
