The defendants assert that the plaintiff abandoned his possession of the real property involved herein. There is some evidence tending to show that the plaintiff had ceased to reside in the dwelling house situate upon the premises. However, to reach the verdict rendered, the jury must have found, and the record abundantly shows, that the premises were never abandoned by the plaintiff.
