George W. Latimer, Judge:

The accused was found guilty by a general court-martial of two offenses of carnal knowledge in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 714. He was sentenced to be dishonorably discharged from the service, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and to be confined at hard labor for a period of two years. The convening authority approved, the board of review in the office of The Judge Advocate General of the Army affirmed, and the appellant petitioned this Court for review of the finding and sentence.
