STARR, District Judge.
The final judgment in favor of the defendant, entered March 24, 1950, provided, among other things, that it was entitled to recover its taxable costs in this court. Pursuant to this judgment defendant filed its *250bill of costs, and plaintiff filed objections to the court, upon proper notice, taxed the certain of the items therein. The clerk of costs of the defendant as follows :
