SANTORO, Judge:

Officer members sitting as a general court-martial convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of violating a no-contact order on divers' occasions, striking his wife with his fist, strangling her with a phone charger cable and his hands, throwing her to the ground, slamming her head into the floor, pulling her hair, covering her mouth with his hands, forcing her legs apart, killing her cat, and threatening that he would burn down their home, in violation of Articles 92,128, and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 928, 934. Appellant was found not guilty…
