BROCK, C.J.,
retired, specially assigned under RSA 490:3. In these consolidated cases, the plaintiff, New England Homes, Inc., appeals two *734orders of the Superior Court (Lewis, J.) upholding New Hampshire Department of Labor (DOL) rulings that it owed the employees, R.J. Guarnaccia and George Cooley, unpaid commissions and liquidated damages. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
