This is a copyright infringement case brought by the author and publisher of a manual entitled Performance Appraisal Phrase Book: Effective Words, Phrases, and Techniques for Successful Evaluations against the authors and publisher of a work entitled Effective Phrases for Performance Appraisals: A Guide to Successful Evaluations.
