The plaintiff in error, Tillie Freitag, recovered a judgment in the superior court of Cook county against the defendant in error, the Union Stock Yard and Transit Company, for damages resulting from personal injuries sustained while upon the tracks of the railroad owned by the defendant in error. An appeal was taken to the Appellate Court for the First District, and the appeal was heard in Branch “B” of that court.
