The above-entitled matter came on for hearing before the undersigned on April 6, 1988, on a motion by the trustee, Kathryn Page (“trustee”) for approval of a settlement of a law suit (“the settlement”), “The Bank of New England, N.A., Plaintiff, vs. Hanson Industries, Inc. and Steven D.
