On September 6, 1988 I received from the Third Circuit a copy of an opinion, order and writ of mandamus in connection *464with the petition for writ of mandamus filed in the above-captioned matter, a case involving the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq. (“ADEA”). The writ of mandamus required and directed that I
