OPINION

SAM BASS, Justice.

Harold-Elliott Company, Inc. (Harold-Elliott) appeals from a no-notice default judgment in favor of K.P./Miller Realty Growth Fund I (K.P./Miller).

We reverse and remand to the trial court.

K.P./Miller sued Harold-Elliott for breach of a lease and sought damages of $23,868, plus interest and attorney’s fees. The petition and citation indicated the corporation’s registered agent was Harold Ne-dell (also the president of the corporation), located at 2200 Post Oak Blvd., Suite 515, Houston, Texas 77056.
