This appeal arises from a debt-collection action in which appellee CACH, LLC, sued appellant Richard G. Ortega seeking to recover against him as the alleged assign-ee of Ortega’s credit-card debt. Following a bench trial, the trial court rendered judgment against Ortega. On appeal, he challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence as well as certain eviden-tiary rulings of the trial court.
