Appellant Michael J. Rogers appeals from a partial summary judgment granted in favor of appellee RREF II CB Acquisitions, LLC (RREF). RREF sued Rogers, alleging that he had defaulted on a promissory note with an outstanding balance of $1,502,731.84. RREF moved for summary judgment on its breach of promissory note claim and submitted various records and affidavits to support its motion.
