MISHLER, Chief Judge.

This is an action brought pursuant to section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), and section 1631(c)(3) of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1383(c)(3), to review a final determination of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, which denied plaintiff’s application for a period of disability, disability insurance benefits, and supplemental security income benefits based on disability.
