Florence Mussat, M.D., S.C. ("Mussat"), individually and on behalf of similarly situated persons, alleges that defendant Enclarity, Inc. engaged in unsolicited fax advertising in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), as amended by the Junk Fax Prevention Act of 2005, 47 U.S.C. § 227.
