Plaintiffs brought this action in the District Court of the First Judicial District, Lewis and Clark County, alleging breech of contract and praying for relief in the form of damages and specific performance. Defendants counterclaimed, alleging default on a condition of the contract and praying that.the contract be declared terminated.
