Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Spokane county, Kennan, J., entered May 29, 1909, upon findings in favor of the plaintiff, after a trial on the merits before the court without a jury, in an action for the dissolution of a partnership and for an accounting.

This action was brought by respondent to recover an interest in a certain number of shares of stock in the Carbon Hill Coal & Coke Company.
