Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered September 16, 2014, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted robbery in the first degree.
Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to the reduced charge of attempted robbery in the first degree in satisfaction of an indictment charging him with robbery in the first degree.
