MEMORANDUM ORDER
TSOUCALAS, Senior Judge:
Before the court are defendant United States Department of Commerce’s (“Commerce”) and defendant-intervenor U.S. Magnesium LLC’s (“USM”) bills of costs, and plaintiff Tianjin Magnesium International Co., Ltd.’s (“TMI”) response thereto. By orders dated November 21, 2012 and December 21, 2012, the court awarded fees and costs sua sponte in favor of Commerce and USM on the basis of TMI’s frivolous argumentation and repeated misrepresentations to the court.
