These actions represent two procedural facets of the same problem. At root are various claims by Nanodata Computer Corporation (“Nanodata”) against Kollmorgen Corporation (“Kollmorgen”) and Space Circuits Limited. 1 Initially, however, this Court must resolve questions of its own and the Bankruptcy Court’s jurisdictions as well as any constitutional implications the finding of such might have.
