The plaintiff sued the defendants jointly upon two causes of action: 1st. That they wrongfully and maliciously alienated the affections of his wife and enticed her away from him.2d. That they harbored his wife after being forbidden to do so. The jury returned a verdict against the plaintiff on the first cause of action. On the second cause of action they found for the plaintiff and awarded him $1,500 damages.
