This Court has issued two previous opinions in this case involving claims arising out of the winding up of a medical practice. Our judgment and mandate in the second opinion awarded appellant, Mark. H. Henry, M.D., a $50,000 judgment against ap-pellee, Marcos V. Masson, M.D., “plus such other further relief to which [Henry] is entitled.” On remand-, Henry sought the award of pre-judgment interest, court costs, and a contribution judgment against Masson.
