Appellees, David Wilstein and Leonard Wilstein, individually and as trustee of the Leonard and Joyce Wilstein revocable trust (“the Wilsteins”), sued Dernick Resources, Inc. (“Dernick”) for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, and conversion related to the Wilsteins’ investment in two different oil and gas leases— the Bradshaw Joint Venture and the McCourt Field Joint Venture.
