This action arises from the alleged default by the builder on various construction financing agreements involving the construction of an apartment project in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, known as the Sturbridge Apartments. Plaintiffs provided such financing and accepted and received two mortgages, a financing statement covering personal property installed in the project and promissory notes from the builder, Defendant Harvey Estes Construction Company.
